Melissa has rare talents as a clinician
|
I went to Melissa many years ago for hypnosis for insomnia. I was also one of her earliest students, in her first hypnosis certification class. I haven't stopped learning from her since. Melissa has rare natural talents as a clinician. She is also more curious that Curious George and will go through books like a wild fire spreading though a prairie. You will rarely catch Melissa in the dark about something new in the field. Then there is her personality. She is as funny as she is warm and smart. And one of the most no-nonsense, let's-get-on-with-it type of person you will ever meet. The combination of all of the above makes her rather exceptional, whether the encounter is as a client or as a student. Refreshing and healing at the same time. Kudos to Melissa.

Melissa Tier's Hypnosis and Integrative Life Coach courses were LIFE changing for me. As a teacher Melissa is inspirational, knowledgeable about latest research and out right comical. Melissa's training changed my life. Literally. Within 5 minutes of meeting Melissa she had led me to let go of a long standing issue. Before I trained with Melissa I was already an NLP Master Practitioner, but I was under the impression that hypnosis, NLP and other change work was essentially a series of unrelated exercises or patterns to put a client through. She opened my eyes (while closing them) to the integrative nature of all these disciplines. Take Melissa's course, you'll be glad you did! |

I cannot believe it, I received your wonderful DVD this morning, and already I memorizing the arm catalepsy as it looks so great. I nearly always use the Elman or a variation as it is so effective, but this one looks so efficient. |

Ah ha, so you want to know about Ms. Tiers. There really isn't enough to say about Melissa. I could go on and on and on...I'm a newbie at this hypno everything, yet, I've been in academia for a couple graduate degrees, and therefore, an expert on pedagogy and standards of teaching practice. Melissa is among the finest, most effective teachers I've ever had - - I feel lucky that I've been able to take her classes and seek her counsel/mentoring the past year. I have learned so much, grown as an individual and a practitioner, and have expanded my practice because of the work she shared with me. I highly recommend that if anyone has the opportunity to learn in an intimate setting with her to DO IT!! I trust that very soon, this won't be as easy as I suspect that she'll become quickly known as the superstar that she is....She is comprehensive, consummate and passionate as a teacher, while generous with her expertise. Plus she is fun as hell and invested in her clients understanding the material, so that they themselves can help other people AND develop themselves. |
